Sample Party Schedule

Arrival: Guests check in at the museum entrance and are escorted to their party space.

Tour: Guided tour of both vessels (approx. 1.5–2 hours).

Clean-Up: 30 minutes allotted for cleanup and departure. Guests are welcome to continue exploring museum grounds afterward.

Booking and Payment Policies
•Booking Fee: Required at time of reservation to confirm date.
•Final Payment: Due 4 days prior to event.
•Payments: Processed via Square invoice (credit/debit card).
Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations before final payment: Booking fee retained; invoice voided.
•Cancellations after final payment: No refund unless the museum cancels the event.
Booking Timeline
•Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance
Arrival Policy:
•Primary guests may access party space 30 minutes early for setup.
•Guests may arrive within 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Parking:
•Not included in the party cost. Guests must use Seawolf Park parking and pay the posted rates.
Decorations & Setup Guidelines:
•No tape, adhesives, or hanging decorations are allowed.
•No balloons permitted aboard vessels.
•Max 4 candles for cake.
•All decorations must be removed after the event.
